The main roads form a circle around Zakynthos. Villa Zakynthos is close to one of these roads so is the airport. Its an almost straight journey northwest. Going from the airport to the Villa takes around 50 Minutes on the fastest route. You can easily rent a car at the airport. The airport is close to the Main port so if you came with your own car arriving at the port is almost the same route to the Villa.

Renting a car on Zakynthos is fairly easy, especially if you arrive at the Airport, but also if you arrive by waterways. Most companies you can schedule and appointment with them, but many have walk in offices at the airport too.
Most of the big rental companies are available such as:
Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, and Greenmotion.
But also some smaller Car rentals like Hermesrentals, or Jetcar might have good deals.
